We undertook a MAPCOM exercise to analyse the competency structure for the organization and aligning it to their world wide competencies. We gave a feed back to the individuals in the areas of improvement, and a developmental plan. This helped the individual to align themselves to improve their competencies to enhance their performance both in the current and future job
