On completion of the Cognitive Survey, the respondents are called for a Focus Group Interview and Qualitative responses with respect to the macro elements within the
SYN-ESAT questionnaire are discussed
2.One on One Interview
One to One interviews are conducted with the Senior Executives and link cultural aspects of the organisation with the survey indication.
